I bought a 2010 jeep liberty from these guys I had it less than a week when all the dash lights came on I was told that I over heated my car and blew the head gasket ,Strange ? Since the car never overheated but then the heat stopped working I took it right in to them and they charged my 1000 dollars to fix it now mind you the diagnostic test said it had a misfire.at any rate it’s been a week and they still have my car. I can say that they will do thier very best to sale you a car they will be very nice to work with get you the best payments, but I really felt like I had just been played ! No I won’t buy from this place again

Absolutely the worst experience for car shopping, they over talk customers, don't listen to customers. Also people that are buying vehicles are in charge of what they want not a "sale person"

Good customer service and polite interaction. However, the check engine light came on, not even 24 hours of owning it. I messaged them right away and got a quick response. They said they would get it in their shop to look at it. Come to find out, it's the catalytic converter or its sensor. They said they would see me on Wednesday to see what they wanted to do. I hope they do right and fix this issue with no cost to me. I was uneasy about getting a vehicle because of this right here. Also, I was told that it's okay if the check engine light is on as long as it's not flashing . I'm hoping and optimistic. A fixed car at no extra cost to me.

This dealership has been one of the worst experiences ever. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. My partner purchased a car from them, and it was met with problem after problem. They are helpful, and communitive when you are buying, but after that the communication is basically non existent. Nobody knows anything, the leasing manager was 2 hours late for a "scheduled meeting". The whole staff does not seem to be aligned on anything. They did comp us with gas cards, however, we will never use them again because up until now have put us through headaches.

When I initially went in there, days before, I was so overwhelmed after trying out so many other places. They were patient and transparent about any questions I had! My girlfriend and I were looking at a 2014 Honda accord EX-L and I showed up yesterday and everyone was so helpful! Jason helped every step of the way with my purchase. He’s definitely your go to there!! He kept working with the needs I had and was very personable. I wouldn’t have bought this car from anyone else! I can’t wait to drive this car all over the place!

Great shopping and buying experience! I worked with Kayla and she was extremely patient and did not pressure me into buying something I didn't love. She listened to what I wanted, and even though it took a few weeks, found exactly what I was looking for! Communication was great, she always responded back quickly to any questions or concerns I had.

The only reason they are getting any stars is because they were very nice when selling the car. Car was extremely overpriced, have had non stop issues with it, and now I’ve spent the last 7 months trying to get the warranty removed! They never pick up, or call back, and when approached in person they will not see you!

We went to Northtown Auto Sales to look for a vehicle for our son and we were greeted by Jason! Jason was friendly and upbeat, he greeted us with no pressure and made our whole experience so amazing. We really were only shopping but after three different dealerships and less than par experiences we knew we had to make a purchase. Jason was knowledgeable, kind and really made our whole experience the best! We will be visiting Jason for future purchases! Thank you Jason and Northtown Auto for a great experience!
