Aron Laureano sold me my car and took exceptional care of me. She was patient, down to earth, and walked me through options that were good for ME. Nick Arrotta was so kind and made magic happen with financing to get me on my way. I started the day in crisis and walked out the door of Northtown Auto Sales gleefully with keys to a car I have always wanted!

Aron jumped through hoops for me to get me in a vehicle as soon as possible! She was organized, concise, and extremely professional; I felt like I was receiving a good deal and that I was being taken care of. Since December of last year, I've had terrible luck with my vehicles; due to the actions of other drivers, freak situations under the hood, or even my own negligence, I felt extremely hopeless earlier this month when I was out of yet another vehicle. Desperate, I did what I and countless others told ourselves we'd never do: Looked at Used / New Car Dealerships.

Come to my surprise, I don't think I'll ever buy from some schmuck on Facebook Marketplace ever again. These people were amazing. I had a gentleman do a PPI on it, and he mentioned some engine issues (among other things that I'd never notice). I mentioned these to the team at Northtown, and they got it in the shop the same day! They didn't change asking price, either, even after expensive maintenance was done on the vehicle.

I can go on for hours, but just know that if you go in with a plan and know what you want, present yourself openly and honestly, I assure you that you will have a great experience!

Tried carmax ran me through the dryer and back and wouldn't work with me kept trying to up the down payment what I can say is kanaan was an absolute pleasure to work with he tried his best to get it rolling but north town auto sales worked with my budget to get in a car I liked Kayla was an great person to communicate with didnt make us rushed helped us look through all the cars and find what worked for us
