Saw, drove and now outright own a really beautiful low mileage Mercedes C300 4Matic Coupe thanks to Northtown Auto. Called Jason with 30 minutes notice and he had the vehicle ready to go on my arrival for a drive and inspection. Johnny was great with some of the finer points (did a trade with my Porsche Macan GTS) and Josh has what you need in terms of finance and warranties. Nicholas is another charmer and they even have good coffee as you wait. Altogether a solid sales and support team with a great line-up of impressive vehicles.

I bought 2 cars here in one weekend, a 2013 subaru outback and 2016 audi a6. Shortly after purchasing the check engine light came on in both vehicles. Got both cars diagnosed in the shop and they were incredibly helpful in resolving the issues. I got a service contract on both the vehicles as it covers a lot and they were both about 120,000 miles.

The Subaru ended up needing a new catalytic converter which is explicitly not covered in the service contract. Nick the GM approved a full replacement of the converter and both oxygen sensors at no cost to me!

The Audi needed a new MMI control knob, center console, and passenger window which were also replaced at no cost! Currently working on diagnosing and fixing the engine issue which reads as a sticky intake manifold and should be covered under the service contract.

Would highly recommend visiting them for a great deal on a used car!

Shoutout to Tori! She is amazing! I called in looking for an individual M4 and this one was in the exact spec I wanted.
